Goal Setting

“Goals allow you to control the direction of change in your favor.”

– –Brian Tracy

The most effective way to be productive is to set goals.  I routinely set short term, intermediate, and long term goals.  The short term goals should feed into the intermediate, which of course should feed into the long term goals.  That way, you stay on track.  Your goals should be written down and you should look at them often.  You should set goals just outside of your reach.  If you can easily see them, then you’re not living up to your potential.
